Delivery
0ur delivery charges are reflected by the size and weight of the products you order. The highest delivery charge for the items in your basket is then applied to your whole order. You will only pay one delivery charge for your order. We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 working days using Royal Mail.

Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchases, and that there will be no reason to return them, but if you should please note our Returns Policy. If for any reason you are disatissfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery, providing it has not been used, and is in its original condition. To return goods please telephone 01789 262620 between the hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We can then discuss your requirements. We recommend returning your goods by recorded delivery for your own peace of mind and security, as we cannot take responsibility for goods which get lost in transit.
Faulty Goods
If the goods are faulty or being returned to us due to the fault on our part, we will refund any costs incurred in returning the items.If the purchase was not faulty, we can only refund the cost of the product and not the postage. If the purchase was made by credit card, refunds can only be made to the original card used in the sales transaction.
